1. Are your parasols suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our parasols are designed for outdoor use. They are sun-proof and waterproof. They are suitable for a variety of scenarios such as courtyards, balconies, and terraces.

2. Do your parasols have a warranty?
We provide a 12-month quality guarantee for all parasols. If they are damaged due to material or workmanship problems, please contact us for processing.

3. How long will it take for the order to be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, we will provide tracking information via email.

4. How much is the shipping cost?
Local shipping cost in Denmark: 70 DKK

International shipping cost: 150 DKK

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

5. Can I return the product?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, original packaging. Please contact us by email if you wish to return an item.

6. What if the item I received is damaged?
If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and attach a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
