🛡 Product Warranty Description
We provide a 12-month limited warranty on all parasol products, starting from the date you receive the product. The warranty covers:

Broken or bent frame structure (non-human damage)

Severe fading or cracking of fabric (under normal use)

Missing or faulty factory-installed parts

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Damage caused by abnormal use and misoperation

Human modification or unauthorized repair

Damage caused by natural disasters such as storms, heavy rain, ice and snow

Normal wear and aging
